Step 3 - 3 OK now your asking yourself how do I make this into a brush? This is the simpelest part, and this is what your going to do. Your going to grab the rectangular marquee tool and just make a big selection square over everything so now everything should be selected. Once you've done that go to edit/define brush. Something like this should come up. (look at the image)
