OK now everybody loves those catchy scanlines that you see on some signatures or on some sites. It makes a cool effect so now Im goign to teach you how to easily make your own scan line brush. Ok here we go, open up a new document how big you want your scan lines to be, the bigger the longer it will take. Ok I am using a small size just to show you. Ok now lets create a new layer and call it scan lines. Now select the background and go to layer/delete layer. You should be on a transparent checker board right? Ok great. Now grab the rectengular marquee tool. Your first going to zoom in just enough and your going to draw a one pixle line with the rectangular tool. Once you did that color the line in black, but keep it selected. See what I did.
