This is the tricky part now Grab the smudge tool and put the strength to 84. Make sure your using the 5 pixle brush for this. Your going to slowly smudge everything out to make it look smooth. Use the smudge tool to make shadows where they need to be, Just play around with it until you get what you like. This is my final result. ( remember you can use this tut on preatty much any image)
