Step 5 - Step five
OK now that you finished the face, you can go head and do the eyes. Do the eyes slowly and carefully. After your done with the eyes its time to do the neck. On the neck you can use a bigger brush like a five pixle or 9 pixle just make sure their is no feather around it. OK so with the bigger brush do the same thing witht the neck and if their are any arms showing use the same pixle brush . You should have something like this.
