Step 7 - Start The Navigation Bar Now its time for us to create a simple navigation bar. To do this you will first need to create a new layer [CTRL + ALT + Shift + N] and then selecting the Rectangle Marque tool. Once you have this tool selected click and hold just below the header image and drag it along to the other side:
