 What program do you design in?
I assume post people use primarily Photoshop if they are here at Adfect  but I know some people prefer other programs.

I think Photoshop has become the leader of all graphics programs. I haven't heard of a designer not using Photoshop.

A lot of people use PaintShop Pro, but in my opinion Photoshop is better.

it has got to be photoshop for me! however, i'm still starting with the basics so i have yet to create great projects. what is your version of photoshop? mine is only version 7.0, to what version do you suggest i upgrade? thanks.

I have Photoshop 7.0 too, I'm not planning on upgrading for a while though. No real need to if you have all the tools to make all your everyday stuff. Unless they have software that has even better tools that I'd use all the time, I don't think its worth upgrading to.

Well, Photoshop is number 1, hands-down, but Paintshop is a good second if you have to have one.
