Ummm just a couple of questions

1. There are some tutorials i bought off people and i own could i submit them?

2. I have tutorials i have posted on other sites but can i delete them and just post them here?

3. One of the rules is we only get to post them here what do we get in return because i could earn some stuff off these tutorials by posting them elsewhere?
