Hey guys, I was just woundering what domain name I should get for a new photoshop tutorials site (which will evolve into a designers' resource / forums site early next year).

Been thinking for a few weeks... still uncertain (going to set it up after my exams). I'd like some fresh ideas from others to think about.

Semir has a tutorial domain and site up for sale I think, I'm not sure of the details you would have to PM him about it if your interested.

Hmm I mean something new, fresh etc I'm going to be learning php over the holidays, so it will be a php / photoshop project for me.

Anyone have any ideas? I can't seem to come up with any good ones, I guess I'm not used to coming up with domain name ideas...

Ya, its kind of hard sometimes.

You have to take into consideration what the subject of the site is, and whether or not should that be in the domain name. Also, a shorter domain name is easier to remember.

Yea, I know, a few ideas have come to mind over the last week or so:

deviousdev.com, artutor.com, arcanez.com - probably my favourite three so far.

But I was woundering, what do you guys think (I need fresh ideas)?

I like deviousdev.com a lot, you could use it for a lot of different things not just PS tuts.

Yea I plan on making it more of a development site / photoshop resources. But Photoshop Tutorials to start with. It's my favourite for now.

I probably will get it this weekend, godaddy has couple dollars off for their .com's so yea, good time to get it.

I agree Thanks I'm leaning towards bladeworkz.com I think, and will probably get the domain in 6ish hours and release the site in 48hours.

erm.... definately don't do deviousdev's. there is already a lead photoshop designing site called deviantart, trust me, it wouldn't be 2 weeks until someone started flaming you. I couldn't think anything innovative at the moment... i might post back here later if i got some ideas... lol after all "Rudgraphics" sure isn't too unique
