I have added an Adfect points system to reward users!

By posting, you will slowly earn points, and for each tutorial you submit you will earn 100 points.

Edit: Anyone who wants can post in this thread and I will add 1 point for each post you had before the system was added.

Later on, you will be able to exchange your points for prizes, so I would like to know what kind of things you guys would like to see in exchange for your points. Right now here is what I'm thinking:

1. Custom User Title
2. Access To A VIP Member Forum
3. Cash?


Any more ideas?

Sounds great

If you bring cash into the equation, it will mean people will spam / lower their quality of work for speed etc. I'd just stick with the first two, they seem good

Edit: Can we apply for our post count to be turned into our adfect points, the posts we made before this has been installed?

Hm, ya I guess that is fair, unfortunately the points system is somewhat complex and there are a lot of factors that determines how many points you can earn.

Ok, cash probably isn't the best idea, but maybe something like a domain name or hosting? Any other ideas?

For the domains, would they be about for a 6 month period or for a full year?

The account will include 500MB's storage and 3000MB's transfer. The domains will be for 1 year.

We should be able to buy/sell signatures for adfect points, that would be pretty cool. Depending on the quality of the signature would depend the amount of points. Also, perhaps we could be able to donate adfect points to each other, for like gifts, thanks, and stuff like that. Signatures could also be sold in that fashion. Someone could request a sig, someone would make the sig (without the person's name) and then the person requesting the signature could post their offer and the maker of the sig could accept the offer or decline it. If they accept, the buyer would donate to them however many Adfect points, and then the maker would repost the sig, only with the buyer's name in it. Or you could make the whole process much simpler, by having someone request a sig, someone make their sig, and then they donate money to them.. lol.

Any comments/suggestions?
