Step 5 - Create The Neck
Make a new layer and select the "Rounded Rectangle Tool" on the left. In the top toolbar set the "Radius" to "15". Now draw the rectangle downwards making a long rectangle ontop of the circle and fill it with "#8CD9FA". It should create the neck of your thermometer like this.
